24” Upright Coil Rack
The 24” Upright Coil Rack system is a larger version of our well-known rack system, specifically designed for high-speed gutter and roofing coil recoiling. Each rack includes three adjustable arbors that accommodate coils with an inner diameter (ID) of 15” to 21” and a maximum width of 34”.
Each arbor is equipped with dual friction brakes, allowing for precise management of coil tension and effective prevention of spinouts. Maintaining full control of tension is essential to ensure the quality of recoiled coils.
