20” Coil Decoiler / Uncoiler (24S)
The 20” Coil Decoiler / Uncoiler is our robust solution for handling roofing coils with precision and reliability. It accommodates coils with inner diameters (ID) of 16” and 20”, supports widths up to 24”, and handles weights of up to 3,500 lbs.
Engineered for heavy-duty performance, it features an adjustable arbor with dual friction brakes, allowing precise control of coil tension and effectively preventing spinouts. Maintaining consistent tension is critical to preserving the quality of recoiled material.
Built with durability in mind, the unit features a powder-coated steel frame for extended service life. Unlike other products on the market, it includes additional structural support for the arbor via a reinforced steel plate beneath it. This design enhances structural integrity and helps prevent weld cracking during the transportation of heavy coils.
The 2-inch center shaft is constructed from steel and protected with galvanic zinc plating for superior corrosion resistance. Aluminum components are used throughout to reduce overall weight while improving longevity.
